Please give as much info as possible. The more info I have for screening, the more comfortable I'll feel with you :)

Please list your FIRST and LAST name (LEGAL NAME).

The phone number you give me has to be an actual phone number registered to your name or business (no google voice/texting app numbers). 

I will NEVER call or text unless you ask me to, I always email first. 

Please note that I will text you on the phone the day of our meeting. I will do so at a specific, pre-arranged time and always use discretion.

No exceptions are made for screening! If you can't provide what I ask for, then I won't feel comfortable seeing you.

Please note my website is hosted off-shore and all info given is automatically deleted within a week, or as soon as I press the delete button. Discretion and professionalism are my top priority!

Kindly note I will not "pre-screen" for tentative appointments. I will only screen if you provide the exact dates you’d like to meet. You can send a few options if you're flexible.
